The carrot season in Azerbaijan lasts quite a long period, namely, from September to May. Over the past 3 years, in the country has been grown 25 493 tons, 40 667 tons and 50 000 tons of carrots, respectively. Today in the consumer market, depending on the color, several varieties of carrots are distinguished – yellow, orange, burgundy, purple and white. AGRO RETEMS offers its Customers washed and unwashed orange-colored carrots of the “Soprano” variety. The minimum size of vegetable in length is 12 cm. Carrots are shipped in polyethylene bags of 10, 15, 20 and 25 kg. The weekly supply volume in the period from early September to early May (week 36 of 2021 – week 18 of 2022) is 38 000 kg. The maximum possible supply per season is 1300 tons.
