Quince (or quit apple) – has a rich, multicomponent composition, which, in addition to vitamins and minerals, includes: essential oils, tannins, fructose, mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Actual offers for this position from the beginning of October to the beginning of March (week 40 of 2021 – week 10 of 2022). The offered calibers are from 80 to 95 mm with packing in plastic or cardboard boxes of 5 kg. The average supply for the season is over 1500 tons.
