Tomato – is a berry known by everyone with a rich red color. Tomato contains lycopene, a powerful antioxidant with antitumor and anticarcinogenic properties, as well as promoting the formation of bone tissue. The main regions for tomato shipment in Azerbaijan are Baku and Shamkir. Baku tomatoes are known not only locally, but are also highly demanded in foreign markets. The assortment of AGRO RETEMS includes three varieties of tomatoes – pink tomatoes of the “Pink Paradise” and “Mucho” varieties; tomato on a branch of the varieties “Gala”, “Endeavour” and regular red tomatoes of the varieties “Machitos”, “Rally” and others. The caliber of pink tomatoes reaches 50-92 mm +; tomato on a branch – 47 mm + and 50 mm + for regular tomatoes. The season lasts from early October to late July (week 40 of 2021 – week 30 of 2022).
